Returns and Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?We hope you love your BonaFide Sportswear! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.
- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.
Please note that refunds are only possible for orders from US.
Also we do not have a refund for swimsuits.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Please use the address provided on the invoice slip.
- Postage must be paid prior to mailing.
- On the invoice mark that you wish to return the item.
- Please obtain tracking information of your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns with no tracking provided.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at email@example.com . In your message body, please provide us with your:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the Issue
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?After it is received by then Returns Department, please allow to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?Domestic Purchase can be exchanged under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are for the same style. Sale items can only be exchanged for the same style and color.
- Original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.
- Return Shipping must be paid by the customer however, shipping on the exchange to you will be paid by Bonafide .
- All International orders can only be processed as a return and refund as exchanges cannot be made.
- Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non-refundable.
There are no return or refund for Swimwear or Bodysuit.
