We hope you love your BonaFide Sportswear! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:
  • Returns must be made within 5-10 days of receiving your item.
  • Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.
  • All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
  • Please use the address provided on the invoice slip. 
  • Postage must be paid prior to mailing.
  • On the invoice mark that you wish to return the item.
  • Please obtain tracking information of your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns with no tracking provided.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@bonawomen.com . In your message body, please provide us with your:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
After it is received by then Returns Department, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Domestic Purchase can be exchanged under the following conditions:
  • Exchanges are for the same style. Sale items can only be exchanged for the same style and color.
  • Original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.

  • All International orders can only be processed as a return and refund as exchanges cannot be made.
  • Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non-refundable.
